Complying with the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) is not always an easy task, here at Able 2 Access, we are devoted to making it as easy as we can.
Our president (Kathy–Ann Riley) graduated from UT at Austin, with a Master's in
Civil Engineering. This, coupled with her personal experience of being in a wheelchair since 1996, has helped her not only understand the standards and the reasons behind the limitations, but have also given her insight into cost
effective and efficient alternatives.
As a Registered Accessibility Specialist, (licensed to carry-out both plan reviews
and inspections RAS #254), she has carried out over 1,000 reviews for some of
the largest architectural companies in the Austin, Houston and Dallas areas.
